Got a simple question or minor issue?  Our Frontline Wizard is your first point of contact inside our solutions, ready to handle FAQs with automated in-app guidance so you never feel lost.  Whether you need a quick fix or a step-by-step walkthrough, our detailed articles are always available right when you need them so you can keep working your magic without missing a beat.

level 2: Tech Gurus

For issues that need a deeper dive, you can escalate on the spot by raising a support ticket right there in the Frontline Wizard interface.  Support tickets are sent to your contracted tech guru – either your Microsoft Partner, Service Provider or directly to elevaite365.  All tech gurus are certified to provide support on our solutions and receive ongoing training to keep their skills sharp.  Whether it’s a tricky bug or configuration mystery, they troubleshoot like pros, ready to turn “Hmmm, that’s odd” into “Aha, got it!” with their detective-like expertise.

level 3: Elite Superheroes

For those ultra-rare, super tricky scenarios that need extra TLC, the baton will be passed to our Elite Superheroes.  They’re the ones who love to say “Challenge accepted” and won’t rest until they’ve solved the unsolvable.  Our Elite Superheroes live and breathe code and work closely with our development team to handle the most complex queries.  When they step in, you know you’re in the best hands.
