Full time position: Partner Evangelist (Europe)

We pride ourselves on hiring only the best talent to ensure our solutions are crafted, distributed and supported by the brightest minds in the field. While we’re headquartered in Sweden, our day-to-day operations and sales have been focussed in Asia Pacific since our beginnings where our senior management team are currently based. We’re now on the brink of an exciting expansion intothe European market and looking for a Partner Evangelist to support this growth.

Role Overview

As the Partner Evangelist (EU), you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships that drive mutual success. Acting as the face of the company to partners in Europe, your mission is to establish strong relationships and cultivate opportunities that fuel growth and innovation. Reporting directly the Globa CEO, this full-time role may require travel both locally and internationally. Given the importance of real-time interactions, you must be situated within Europe and available to attend regular virtual meetings with your colleagues and partners in various time zones.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and Onboarding Partners: Actively research, engage and negotiate newPartnerships with ISVs and Microsoft Partners that align with our company’s goals and values.
  • Building and Maintaining Strong Relationships: Become an approachable and trusted advocate for our Partners by going above and beyond, tackling challenges with genuine collaboration. You’ll be responsible for solidifying long-lasting relationships and building win-win dynamics that drive mutual growth with ongoing communication and regular check-ins to understand and address their concerns.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders that analyse sales data, track market trends and identify areas of improvement to ensure optimal results.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies that optimize revenue and profitability. This involves finding new opportunities as well as overcoming challenges with creative approaches.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years Partner Relationship Management and familiarity with Microsoft D365 Applications.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail. Multilingual abilities are a plus!
  • Approach: Can-do mindset with a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently with self-starter capabilities, while also keeping an open mind for teamwork and continuous growth.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically, broadly and strategically to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
  • Cultural Fit: A good sense of humour, embraces creativity and a passion for innovation.
