We’re now on the brink of an exciting expansion into the European market and looking for a Marketing Manager to support this growth.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager (EU), you will play a key role towards enhancing our brand and perception through contemporary marketing campaigns, initiatives and strong stakeholder relations. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies in collaboration with your colleagues as well as Partners and customers around the world.

Reporting directly the VP Sales and Marketing Director, this full-time role demands a high level of mobility with the possibility of frequent travel both locally and internationally. Given the importance of real-time interactions, you must be situated within Europe and available to attend regular virtual meetings with your colleagues in various time zones. 

What you’ll be doing

• Champion Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency, increase awareness and build brand equity.
• Lead Advertising Campaigns: Plan, implement and oversee creative marketing campaigns, research and insights.
• Content Management: Manage the curation, creation and publishing of content in all formats – images, video, text.
• Execute Events: Inspire and take a lead role in physical and digital events around the world.
• Website Management: Be the central contact and direct contractors to maintain our website.
• Market Tracker: Ongoing analysis of industry and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of our competition.
• Report and Review: Deliver regular updates on performance, market dynamics and business development insights and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years marketing with at least 2 years in the Microsoft D365 space.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail. Multilingual abilities are a plus!
• Approach: Can-do mindset with a hands-on approach. Ability to work independently with self-starter capabilities, while also keeping an open mind for teamwork and continuous growth.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically, broadly and strategically to solve complex problems and drive business growth.
• Cultural Fit: A good sense of humour, embraces creativity and a passion for innovation.
