Our humble CEO “Mags” isn’t your typical corner-office executive in a power suit.  Armed with a degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance and over 25 years Microsoft Dynamics experience across Europe and Asia Pacific, his secret sauce is creating an office culture where colleagues have each other’s backs. Like a well-oiled machine, Mags’ track record of nurturing collaboration comes from recognising the importance of each player, treated like humans instead of line items.  His approachable and supportive presence is always felt, the type of guy diving headfirst into the trenches when the going gets tough.  And those sleeves?  Always rolled up.

However Mags’ management style isn’t just warm fuzzies; it’s data driven magic.  Pairing honesty with innovation, he’s known for having real conversations (not the “I’ll tell you what you want to hear” variety), ready to challenge the status quo and ‘do things better’ with integrity.  In his most previous role, Magnus dedicated 14½ years building SignUp Software’s APAC office from the ground up, transforming it into a trusted ISV partner.  And while he may throw in a few dad jokes along the way, Mags’ wealth of knowledge is respected around the world, having been invited to speak at many Microsoft events.

When he’s not analysing trends, Mags’ real work begins at home: negotiating more screen time and bedtime extensions.  Passionate about golf, Magnus often starts his weekends swinging a 9-iron, and winds down in the kitchen bringing new recipes to life for his wife and two boys.
